About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow key accounts in the hospitality and corporate sectors, with a focus on delivering turnkey solutions for commercial kitchens. Working with luxury hotel chains and MNC/corporate clients, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive regional sales for commercial kitchen projects (turnkey or equipment-led) with hotels, restaurants, institutions, and corporates.
2. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, project heads, purchase managers, and procurement teams.
3. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, projects, service) to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet revenue targets.
Skills we're looking for:
1. 10-12 years of project/institutional sales experience, with at least 4-5 years in the commercial kitchen, foodservice equipment, or institutional project sales domain.
2. Proven track record of managing large-ticket sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
3. Strong understanding of the commercial kitchen industry, including client expectations, technical specifications, and operational challenges.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
5. High accountability, process orientation, and a growth mindset.
6. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
7. Exposure to working with hospitality consultants and project-based business models is a must.
