Job Description : - Senior Manager Talent Management and Engagement is responsible for employee lifecycle management directly and through other HR stakeholders. The position shall be responsible for organization-wide efforts to ensure that Performance Management (PM), Career and Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Employee Engagement programs etc. The incumbent shall develop and manage data-driven focus to set priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. - This position will also conduct full life cycle assessment to manage programs for retention, promotion and succession planning effectively. Education and Experience: - MBA (HR) from premier institute (Tier 1 & 2) with 15+ years of broad HR experience in talent management and engagement. - SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP. - Experience in designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning and employee relations. In-depth experience in managing employee life cycle from hire-to-retire. Job Location - Kharadi, Pune NP - 30 days It will be Work from office & 5 days working.
