
What you'll do:
- Support creation of plans used in planning and roadmap sessions across PDAT.
- Some participation in strategy and planning sessions to increase knowledge.
- Collect, analyze and interpret data to support conclusions and/or present insights and findings.
- Coordinate activities of the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing schedules to ensure timely completion of deliverables/ features.
- Track and monitor key delivery plan milestones.
- Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred.

- 2-5 years of technology planning/ project management or related experience.

- Proficiency in Data Tracking Systems: Experience with enterprise systems for tracking time, projects, and resources.
- This includes understanding the backend processes for creating and managing project codes, user accounts, and approval workflows.
- Data Integrity & Accuracy: A keen eye for detail is essential for identifying and rectifying discrepancies in data, such as incorrect time entries, misaligned project codes, or outdated information.
- The ability to perform regular data audits and cleansing is crucial. System & Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with spreadsheet software (e. , Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) at an advanced level is a must.
- Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e. , Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI) for creating automated reports and dashboards is also a key requirement.
- This includes summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs), project milestones, and financial data.
- Analytical Skills: The candidate should be adept at analyzing data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
- This involves comparing actuals against forecasts, tracking month-on-month changes, and highlighting areas that require further investigation.
- Financial Acumen (Project-Based): A solid understanding of project-related financial concepts, particularly Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operational Expenditure (Opex).
- Experience in tracking project financials, analyzing variances between forecasted and actual spending, and assisting with financial claims or audits is highly desirable.
- Proactive Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for liaising with a diverse group of stakeholders, including internal teams, senior leadership, finance departments, and external suppliers or consultants.
- Follow-up & Coordination: A significant part of the role involves "chasing" or following up with individuals to ensure timely submission and approval of data (e. , timesheets).
- This requires assertiveness, persistence, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously.
- Problem Resolution: The ability to act as a point of contact for issues related to the systems and processes they manage.
- This includes troubleshooting user account problems, addressing reporting inaccuracies, and coordinating with other departments (like finance) to resolve issues.
- Process Adherence: The capability to consistently execute established weekly and monthly processes without deviation to ensure data reliability and report timeliness.
