Role Summary:
As a Channel Sales Manager AIF, you will be responsible for sourcing business through a network of Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs, and wealth managers. The role is entrepreneurial and suited for professionals with a strong distribution network and the drive to build an AIF channel from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners including MFDs, RIAs, and family offices
- Generate AUM for AIF products through your distribution network
- Conduct regular partner engagement through calls, meetings, webinars, and training
- Ensure seamless transaction support and address partner queries
- Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3 to 8 years in financial services with focus on equity or alternative investments
- Strong network of MFDs, sub-brokers, or wealth partners with proven conversion track
- Understanding of equity markets, AIF structures, and HNI investor behavior
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and tech-savvy
