About Us

We're building AI employees for Amazon management \- starting with Jeff, our AI sales rep who sends 3x more emails and books 5x more meetings at half the cost of traditional reps.

Jeff's just the beginning. We're creating AI agents for PPC, listings, reviews, pricing \- all the repetitive tasks that eat up hours. The goal: let AI handle the grunt work so people can focus on strategy and growth.

The Role

We need a Founding Account Manager to manage Amazon accounts end-to-end. You'll handle Ad campaigns, listing optimization, inventory planning, and performance reporting the full scope of growing brands on Amazon.

As a founding member, you'll also document your workflows and identify what should be automated next. Your daily work shapes our product roadmap. This is hands-on account management with direct impact on product development. You'll deliver real results for clients while building the playbook for scale.

Core Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Execution

1. Manage brand accounts end-to-end (Ads, listings, inventory)

2. Execute daily tasks adjust ad spend, coordinate design changes, optimize listings

3. Handle client communication and deliver results

4. Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns.

5. Manage reviews, ratings, and competitor tracking

6. Run product launches and promotional campaigns

NOTE: We are not looking for someone who already knows this, we will teach. But looking for someone who would enjoy doing this work for brands on Amazon US.

Core Responsibilities: Building for Scale

1. Identify repetitive workflows and document them as SOPs

2. Collaborate with tech/product team to build AI agents from these workflows

3. Test and integrate AI tools into daily operations

4. Balance doing the work with building systems to scale it

Founding Team Responsibilities

Build AI+Human Workflows: Determine what AI does best (data analysis, pattern recognition) vs. humans (strategy, relationships). Test, break, rebuild these workflows weekly

Test Pricing Models: Run experiments with pay-per-ROAS, success fees, flat fees. Track which models align incentives and scale

Deep Learning Approach: Don't just execute understand WHY things work. Question every "best practice." Document insights that become our competitive advantage

Direct Founder Access: Weekly sessions to discuss learnings, pivot strategies, and make rapid decisions without bureaucracy

Shape the Product: Your daily frustrations become product features. Your workflows become AI agents

Who You Are: Must-Haves

1. Already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) in your daily workflow

2. Speed of execution you get things done, not just talk about them

3. Comfortable with chaos and ambiguity

4. Strong written and verbal communication
