What you'll do Lead and shape the messaging and communications strategy supporting Epsilon's Employer Brand & ensure internal and external target audiences understand and engage with our EVP. The purpose of this role is to develop, elevate and share our employment brand to attract, engage and delight talent. This includes ongoing consulting, as well as developing, managing and executing complex & strategic brand communication plans. Internal Communications - Lead, develop, implement, and measure internal communications programs, with a focus on building community amongst our regional workforce - Identify imaginative and modern solutions/formats to communicate and engage with employees including delivering face to face, hybrid and virtual events - Create communication strategies, campaigns, review content, deliver events and measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement activities - Create and deliver multi-site and multi-function campaigns and manage a variety of communication channels - Review channel efficiency and effectiveness, and measure success - Set the cadence, tone and mechanism for leader communications and manage leader communication events including townhalls, leadership visits and ensure they are appropriately integrated with other corporate communication activity - Strengthen and amplify the culture through all communication initiatives and events PR - Guide stakeholders on PR strategy relevant to the India talent market - Work with the PR agency to proactively generate positive media coverage that supports Epsilon's key messages and create a flow of news to profile in the media - Ensure that the PR agency develops and manages top tier media relationships relevant to our core audiences, exploring opportunities for increased PR coverage including partnerships, sponsorships, events and ambassadors - Ensure that PR activities are proactively supported by drafting press releases and responding to enquiries as needed - Identify emerging trends and issues relevant to the talent market for discussion in the media - Guide stakeholders on PR / communications best practice and provide high level advice on reputational risk and on crisis situations if and when they arise - Supervise the preparation of key reputation-enhancing industry awards and manage submissions What you'll need to have - A Bachelor's degree or higher, with 16+ years in Corporate PR and communications. - He/she will need to have excellent writing and relationship-building skills, and be confident in his/her ability to face off to senior level stakeholders. - The person will need to have a strong understanding of the full array of internal and external communications techniques and channels, especially digital and social channels. - Extensive and in-depth experience of crafting, running, and delivering internal communications and PR strategies, campaigns, events, projects and change programmes ideally in a multi-national technology organization - Experience in content marketing / campaigns with the ability to measure the impact of communication programmes - Proven experience of using technology to improve and measure existing and new communication opportunities, including channel innovation and development - A structured, process driven approach coupled with project management skills - A highly skilled and creative writer, editor, and communicator - Creative and self-motivated individual who demonstrates a high level of initiative and persistence - Strong influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders - Ability to operate dynamically in a fast-paced environment, run and prioritize multiple programmes, ensuring good governance - Ability to work at both a strategic level as well as get into the detail by 'rolling up sleeves' on operational matters - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage competing requests from a large number of internal clients
