Details Job Skills/Activities to be performed:

- 7+ Yrs of relevant experience

- Interact with Finance, FP&A, and Accounting stakeholders to gather business needs.

- Should have completed minimum 3-4 end to end implementation.

- Translate functional requirements into effective EPM Cloud solution designs.

- Should have exceptional requirement gathering experience for PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS and Narrative reporting.

- Understanding the requirements and creations. Creating Multiple scenarios by interpreting data on functional side as per the requirements.

- Should have good knowledge of accounting concept, Balance Sheet, Income statement, Cashflow. Understanding method of consolidation Equity cost methods, consolidation Accounting, currency translation, Journal, Enterprise Journal, Movements, Minority interest and Good will calculation, MIS and AOP calculation.

- Provide advisory on optimizing budgeting, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting processes.

- Good understanding of Multi GAAP, IFRS accounting methods.

- Functional involvement across one or more modules FCCS & EPBCS/PBCS, Narrative reporting and customer requirement, provide subject matter expertise in Oracle EPM System.

- Prepare FDDs, process flows, and best-practice recommendations.

- Experience Support key Finance cycles such as, Annual Budgeting, Monthly/Quarterly Forecasting, Month-End Close, Financial Consolidation & Reporting.

- Configure forms, dashboards, task lists, workflow approvals, calculations (functional), and metadata.

- Understanding of Monthly close process such as, Variable update, Trail balance load and so on.

- Execute functional testing and validate development outcomes with business users.

- Prepare end-user trainings, SOPs, functional documentation, UAT test case, Test Steps, and user guides.

- Create test scenarios, lead SIT/UAT cycles, and track defects.
