Job Requirement:

- Hands-on experience in Oracle EPM solutions with strong expertise in FCCS and ARCS.

- Experience in implementation, support, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications.

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close processes, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle FCCS and ARCS solutions.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

- Configure financial consolidation, close processes, and account reconciliations.

- Develop and maintain business rules, forms, reports, dashboards, and workflows.

- Perform data integration using Oracle EPM Data Integration or EPM Automate.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support.

- Execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

- Collaborate with finance, business, and technical teams to deliver project objectives.

- Prepare functional and technical documentation.

- Conduct end-user training and provide post-go-live support.

- Ensure application performance, data accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills:

- Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)

- Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)

- Strong experience with Oracle FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service).

- Strong experience with Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service).

- Good understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reconciliation processes.

- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

- Knowledge of Data Integration, EPM Automate, Smart View, and Financial Reporting.

- Experience in application configuration, testing, and production support.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with EPBCS/PBCS, EDMCS, or Oracle Hyperion.

- Knowledge of Groovy scripting is an added advantage.

- Experience in end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects.

- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are preferred.
