- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities - Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements. - Handing overqualified leads to sales teams with the objective of closing the sale - Creating and maintaining account lists, contact databases to supplement lead generation efforts - Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business - Need to have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing. - Should have hands on experience in using marketing automation platforms and CRM - Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable - Must be familiar with technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, speech to Text. Any certification in this would be added advantage (for Tech business). Other Soft Skills: - Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Should be proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player - Should be tech savvy and comfortable using a combination of lead nurturing tools - Essentially a go getter with a keen eye to spot new opportunities in global markets - You are a dynamic professional, a self-starter with ability to quickly recover from setbacks. You will excel in this role with an aggressive operating style and actions driven by intelligence
