Epic Group - Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA

We are seeking high-potential tech savvy finance professionals with strong analytical acumen and global mindset to join our Finance team. You will work on high-impact projects across geographies, including FP&A, Audits, Sustainability finance, M&A, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, analysis, costing and modeling for global initiatives (e.g. cost optimization, ESG reporting)

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking across geographies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India, Jordan, Bangladesh, UAE, and Hong Kong.

- Oversee audits, compliance, and risk management in alignment with global standards

- Optimize financial operations for profitability.

- Present insights to senior leadership and contribute to board-level reporting.

Qualifications, experience and skills required:

- Qualified Finance professional CA is mandatory. Masters in Business Administration will be an added advantage

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience(post article ship) in Corporate finance, FP&A, Budgeting or Audits.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Exposure to global teams or multi-country projects is a plus.

- Strong drive to learn, contribute and take on new challenges with enthusiasm and commitment to excellence.
