Role Overview:
We are looking for experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinators to support and coordinate PEB project execution from the Head Office.
This role involves close coordination with site teams, design, procurement, manufacturing, and planning functions to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and effective communication across multiple projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, sound technical understanding of PEB projects, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between site teams, design, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics departments.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Support Project In-Charges and Regional Teams in execution planning and reporting.
- Assist in cost tracking, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Monitor material movement, drawings status, and site requirements.
- Ensure timely flow of information across internal teams and project sites.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, and project execution standards.
- Prepare regular project updates, reports, and coordination notes for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
- 9 to 10 years of experience in PEB / steel structure / industrial projects.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of PEB systems, project workflows, and execution processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Effective communication and documentation skills
