EPACK Prefab - Manager - Sales

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Sales Manager - PEB to lead and grow our Pre-Engineered Building business across Nepal and Bhutan.

- The ideal candidate will oversee sales, project coordination, client engagement, and end-to-end delivery while ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and international standards.

- This is a strategic role that combines sales leadership with strong technical, coordination, and project management capabilities.

- Develop, implement, and manage international sales strategies for PEB projects in Nepal and Bhutan.

- Lead the complete PEB lifecycle - from sales and marketing to engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery.

- Manage full-scale project execution, including planning, fabrication, erection scheduling, and client coordination.

- Conduct and participate in project kick-off meetings (internal & client-facing) to define scope and delivery commitments.

- Review and approve tender documents, contracts, PIS, and erection drawings.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical specifications.

- Monitor fabrication and erection activities, ensuring quality control, stage inspections, and timely delivery.

- Identify delays, design changes, or client-driven variations and assess cost/time implications.

- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.

- Resolve technical challenges in collaboration with senior engineering and project teams.

- Ensure safe work practices at project sites while adhering to zero-harm safety objectives.

- Drive project completion with the highest standards of construction methodology and on-time delivery.

- Proven experience in Export Sales, International Business, and PEB/Steel Building solutions.

- Strong background in business planning, project execution, and client relationship management.
