Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic PEB Sales professional who can independently drive business development, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets for Bangalore and the South India region.

Key Responsibilities:


- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the PEB segment.

- Meet clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to promote company offerings.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with design/estimation teams for proposals.

- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.

- Handle negotiations and close orders.

- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or a relevant field.

- 5-12 years of experience in PEB sales or industrial sales.

- Strong understanding of steel buildings, construction processes, and project cycles.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver results.

Preferred:


- Candidates with an existing client network in Karnataka / South India.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
