Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Team Leader (Organic) to lead our YouTube and Instagram organic marketing efforts.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of Social Media Associates managing individual channels (YouTube and Instagram).
- Define team goals, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance excellence within the team.
Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement organic content strategies to grow reach, engagement, and conversions on YouTube and Instagram.
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, marketing objectives, and audience preferences.
- Utilize tools such as vidIQ, Google Trends, and Manychat to identify growth opportunities, trending topics, and automation possibilities.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and analytics teams to produce engaging video and social content that drives audience interaction and lead generation.
Organic Lead Generation & Business Growth:
- Drive organic traffic and qualified leads through strategic content planning, SEO-aligned video descriptions, and optimized posting schedules.
- Implement effective audience nurturing workflows using tools like Manychat to convert engagement into measurable business outcomes.
- Continuously refine strategies to support overall marketing and revenue goals through organic growth initiatives.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as engagement rate, audience growth, watch time, lead conversion, and ROI.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content optimization and audience retention.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Community Engagement:
- Oversee proactive community management across platforms, ensuring timely and brand-consistent interaction with followers.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with audiences to build loyalty and advocacy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Organic follower and engagement growth on YouTube and Instagram.
- Lead generation and conversion metrics from organic sources.
- Improvement in content reach, retention, and watch time.
- Quality and consistency of content and team output.
- Contribution to overall marketing and business growth objectives.
