About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Performance Marketing professional to lead large-scale paid acquisition efforts. This role involves end-to-end ownership of significant performance marketing budgets, managing both single high-value client account and in-house growth spends, with a strong focus on ROI, scalability, and sustainable growth.
You will work closely with leadership, product, and creative teams to design and execute high-impact performance strategies across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage large-scale performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI
- Lead end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Bing, and other paid channels
- Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention) aligned with business goals
- Drive campaign planning, forecasting, and budget allocation at scale
- Analyze performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPA) and translate data into actionable insights
- Oversee ad creatives, landing page performance, and conversion optimization in collaboration with design and product teams
- Conduct advanced experimentation (A/B testing, audience expansion, bid strategies, new channels)
- Build and maintain strong reporting frameworks and dashboards for leadership visibility
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging growth opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Growth, preferably in EdTech, Consumer Internet, SaaS, or D2C
- Proven experience handling high-value performance marketing budgets for single clients or in-house growth
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, and performance tracking tools
- Deep understanding of SEM, paid social, attribution models, and funnel optimization
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, creative, tech, leadership)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Google Ads / Meta certifications are a plus
Good to Have
- Prior EdTech or high-scale consumer business experience
- Exposure to growth experimentation frameworks
- Experience managing or mentoring teams
