- Oversee ad creatives, landing page performance, and conversion optimization in collaboration with design and product teams

- Conduct advanced experimentation (A/B testing, audience expansion, bid strategies, new channels)

- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging growth opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/Paid Growth, preferably in EdTech, Consumer Internet, SaaS, or D2C

- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, and performance tracking tools

- Deep understanding of SEM, paid social, attribution models, and funnel optimization

- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, creative, tech, leadership)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Google Ads / Meta certifications are a plus

Good to Have

- Prior EdTech or high-scale consumer business experience
