About the Role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business teams by providing accurate, timely, and actionable data.

This role is focused on data extraction, reporting, and stakeholder support ensuring teams have the right data to make decisions.

What Youll Do:

- Work closely with business teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate datasets

- Write and maintain SQL queries (Databricks) to extract and transform data

- Use tools like Amplitude and Google Analytics to pull and validate user behavior data

- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports

- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across different sources

- Support ad-hoc data requests from internal stakeholders

- Collaborate with central analytics teams to align on definitions, metrics, and data sources

- Document queries, dashboards, and data definitions for internal use

What Were Looking For:

- 14 years of experience in data analysis / reporting roles

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- SQL (must-have) Databricks or similar

- Amplitude / Google Analytics (or similar analytics tools)

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

- Ability to translate business asks into structured data outputs

- Good communication skills able to work with non-technical stakeholders

- Comfortable handling multiple data requests and prioritizing effectively

Good to Have:

- Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

- Basic understanding of data pipelines / data modeling

- Exposure to product or growth analytics environments

- Queries and dashboards are clean, reusable, and well-documented

- Minimal back-and-forth due to high accuracy and clarity
