Role Overview:
- The Category Impact Lead is responsible for driving the overall impact and success of programs within their category.
- This role involves strategic planning, program development, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the companys business and learner success goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Category Leadership:
- Lead the Impact Team for the category, taking full ownership of impact metrics and ensuring they align with the companys strategic objectives.
Strategic Program Development:
- Identify, propose, and plan new courses and programs based on industry trends, evolving skill demands, and placement needs to support business growth.
Business Insight & Course Design:
- Translate business requirements and skill gap analyses into actionable and market-relevant course designs focused on learner success.
Collaboration & Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strategic content partnerships to support new course launches and enhance the categorys reach and impact.
- Provide the marketing team with insights on user personas and demand trends.
Best Practice Implementation:
- Work closely with the Program Manager to establish and maintain high standards, processes, and practices for delivering impactful learning experiences.

- Drive the team to achieve impact targets, ensuring high-quality courses and strong learner outcomes across the category.
