
Key Responsibilities:
Category Leadership:
- Lead the Impact Team for the category, taking complete ownership of performance and impact metrics while ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic goals.
Strategic Program Development:
- Identify, propose, and plan new courses and programs based on evolving industry trends, market needs, and placement opportunities to drive category growth.
Business Insight & Course Design:
- Convert business requirements and skill gap analyses into actionable course designs that ensure relevance, engagement, and measurable learner success.
Collaboration & Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry experts, content creators, and institutions to support new course launches and expand category impact.
- Provide the marketing team with key insights on learner personas, target audiences, and market demand trends.
Best Practice Implementation:
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to define, document, and uphold best practices for course delivery, learner engagement, and operational excellence.
Goal Commitment:
- Drive the team toward achieving defined impact goals, ensuring high-quality outputs, exceptional learner experiences, and strong business results.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in program management, category strategy, or learning solutions.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, skills development, and learner engagement models.

- Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans.
