
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute business priorities, strategic roadmaps, and growth initiatives.
2. Build frameworks to assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
3. Coordinate cross- functional planning and alignment to ensure strategic goals are operationalized effectively.
4. Act as a trusted partner to the CEO/leadership, ensuring critical actions are tracked and delivered.
5. Lead project execution for cross- departmental initiatives - including go- to- market plans, product launches, and customer engagement campaigns.
6. Drive operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and recommending scalable solutions.
7. Analyze business performance metrics and market trends to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
8. Develop dashboards and reporting systems for leadership to track key KPIs and operational health.
9. Work closely with product, R&D, marketing, and sales teams to enhance alignment on priorities and execution plans.
10. Support external partnerships and brand alliance efforts - including communications and stakeholder management.

Experience & Background:
1. 2-5 years of professional experience in consumer - facing brands, consulting, strategy, operations, startup environments, or business development.
2. Prior exposure to beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or brand- led product businesses is a strong advantage.
