Key Responsibilities
- Build the full sales strategy (pricing, pitch, contracts, processes)
- Create GTM playbooks for enterprise and mid-market customers
- Run high-quality discovery calls and demos
- Speak "Risk Mitigation" with General Counsels and Compliance Heads
- Speak "Speed & Velocity" with CMOs and Marketing Teams
- Close enterprise deals and drive early revenue
- Work directly with founders on partnerships and product feedback
- Build the foundation for the future sales team
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Strong experience selling to enterprise clients
- Comfortable talking to Legal/Compliance (GCs) AND Marketing (CMOs)
- Ability to build systems & processes from zero
- Strategic thinker + hands-on execution
- Startup/Early-stage experience is a strong plus
- Someone who wants to grow into a leadership/founder-level role
