About the Role Were hiring a Program Manager to lead critical 01 operations initiatives. Youll work directly with leadership to identify operational gaps, design first-principle solutions, and drive pilots from scratchwhether it's building new processes, setting up infrastructure, or cracking supply/demand problems. The ideal candidate has on-ground ops exposure and thrives in ambiguity with a builders mindset. What Youll Own - Take full ownership of new ops programsfrom idea to pilot to scale - Identify operational inefficiencies or customer friction points and create structured playbooks - Collaborate across CX, supply, fulfillment, tech, and field ops to unblock execution - Set up and monitor key operating metrics, build feedback loops, and iterate fast - Drive projects that touch on logistics, customer experience, workforce management, and vendor operations - Build lean systems that can scale, using both tech and process thinking You Should Have - Minimum 2 years of experience in operations-heavy environments (e.g., D2C, logistics, warehousing, last-mile delivery, manufacturing, etc.) - Demonstrated experience in building something from scratchnot just maintaining BAU - High ownership and problem-solving mindsetyou don't wait for instructions, you look for problems to solve - Comfort working in chaotic, unstructured environments - On-ground hustle: youre not afraid to be in the field, speak to vendors, or troubleshoot real-time issues - Strong communication skills to align stakeholders across business and ops Good to Have - Exposure to customer experience, supply chain tech, or field team management - Experience with workforce-heavy or fulfillment-led businesses - Fluency in Hindi and English
