Key Responsibilities :

- Building a network of recruiter who are working in the IT field mass hiring as our business partner and generating potential leads

- Identify potential partnerships with IT companies/Training Companies and collaborations to enhance our offerings and drive revenue growth

- Develop business plans and strategies for the territory's recruiter channel partner program
