What are you expected to do? : - Will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the designated product- P&L, Cost, Roadmap and Strategy - Build Go-To-Market (GTM) to onboard maximum SMBs and drive key performance indicators - Own the problem statement, work with cross-functional teams (product, finance, tech etc.) to drive solutions - Report to Senior Management on a regular basis on the state of key top line and bottom- line metrics - Be open to trying any function, from hiring to customer interviews to analytics to marketing What are we looking for?: - BTech / BE / MBA from Tier-1 colleges- IIT/IIM, NIT, BITS Pilani - 2+ years of work-experience in E-commerce, FMCG, Start-ups, Entrepreneurship - Prior startup experience would be a plus - High level of ownership - Bias for action and hunger for getting things done within deadlines Location?: - Gurgaon (Work from Office)
