Pass Priv is a curated paid membership platform connecting consumers with premium offers across dining, lifestyle, and experiences, while helping merchants drive incremental demand and higher spend. Think of it as District - but for a different geography.

We are building for our founding team and are looking for a Founders Office / Entrepreneur in Residence(EiR) to work directly with the founders and leadership team to drive execution across the business.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning plans into action.

Role Overview:

You will act as a central execution layer across merchant onboarding, corporate engagements, activations, and internal operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure to chaos, drive follow-through, and ensure things move without constant founder intervention.

You will work closely with the founders, commercial team, and product team, and will be expected to take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Execution & Coordination

- Drive day-to-day execution across merchant onboarding, corporate pipeline, and activations

- Track key priorities across teams and ensure timely follow-ups

- Convert discussions into clear action plans and ensure completion

- Maintain internal trackers, pipelines, and reporting dashboards

Merchant Onboarding Support

- Coordinate onboarding workflows once merchants are signed

- Ensure documentation, listings, and activation are completed smoothly

- Work with merchants to collect content, images, and required information

- Use internal tools (including AI tools) to improve merchant listings and presentation

Corporate & Activation Support

- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for corporate meetings

- Coordinate corporate outreach schedules and follow-ups

- Support on-ground activations, events, and campaigns (may also be required to travel to Mauritius or live there for some part of the assignment not permanent)

- Help execute initiatives to drive user adoption and engagement

Partnerships & External Coordination

- Support ongoing conversations with partners and institutions

- Ensure follow-ups, documentation, and execution of partnership initiatives

- Coordinate with external stakeholders where required

Operations & Process Building

- Build and improve internal processes for smoother execution

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve for them

- Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and support resources when needed

- Bring discipline and structure to a fast-moving startup environment

- Merchant onboarding and activation happens quickly and smoothly

- Corporate meetings and follow-ups are consistent and well-managed

- Activations and initiatives are executed without delays

- Founders and leadership are able to focus on high-leverage work

- The business operates with increasing structure, clarity, and momentum

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or similar roles

- Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution ability

- Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Can work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Has strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Is practical, resourceful, and solution-oriented

- Is willing to get involved on the ground when required
