Role Summary:


- The Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) will play a pivotal role in identifying, validating, and incubating new business opportunities that align with the organization's strategic vision.


- This role is designed for a dynamic leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving innovation, evaluating investments, and representing the company externally as a thought leader.


Key Responsibilities for the roles:


- Identify and Validate new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and disruptive business models that align with the organization's strategic vision.


- Conduct Market & Competitive Analysis: Perform deep-dive research to assess market size, competitive landscape, and commercial viability for new initiatives.


- Evaluate Investment Opportunities: Assist in due diligence, deal flow screening, and assessing the technical/market fit of potential investment targets.


Represent the Organization:


- Act as a thought leader and external evangelist at industry events, conferences, and startup forums.


- Strong cross functional leadership and collaboration


- Multiple to cross function, NPD, SCM, Digital Marketing & customer support


- Market-driven approach - Enthusiasm in Product Development via extensive market research - strategic brand extension and risk-taking


- Open to explore new category under broader brand core & back it with extensive research

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in strategy, growth, marketing or relevant vertical.

- Proven entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial experience in building and scaling ventures.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in market research, competitive benchmarking, and business modeling.

- Experience in investment evaluation, due diligence, or venture capital/startup ecosystems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to represent the organization externally.

- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
