Entrepreneur-in-Residence - EdTech - Education

Role:

We are executing a leadership role of Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) with a leading EdTech company in Mumbai.

The Entrepreneur-in-Residence is to build and run the entrepreneurship and incubation engine for the multiple programs. The job is to turn student ideas into ventures - to guide founders through every stage of the start-up journey, from first insight to validated problem, MVP, early customers, product commercialization, funding and growth. It is a long-term, hands-on leadership position for an operator who has built something from the ground up and now wants to build the machine that produces the next generation of founders.

Ideal Profile:

- The incumbent should be an ex-founder, or Product / Growth Lead at a high-growth start-up.

- You have built a product or business from scratch, taken it to market and scaled it.

- You have owned a P&L or a growth metric and moved it.

- Hands-on with product, analytics, growth and go-to-market.
