The ideal candidate should be able to work strategically across departments and make business plans accordingly. Role : - Analyze business data collated from platforms to derive growth levers - Work closely with planning to optimize split across categories - Creating and monitoring business plans for the upcoming season basis season launches - Maintaining optimum inventory health by analyzing incoming stock and sales - Identifying market gaps and potential for growth for the brand in existing and new spaces - Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments Background : - 1-2 years of experience in a management consulting role or with data analysis in an ecommerce environment - Bachelors from a Top-Tier College - Good analytical skills + structured problem solving - Strong proficiency with Excel
