
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct advisory support to CEO on key strategic and tactical decisions
2. Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company's strategic vision
3. Take ownership of cross-functional projects
4. Track progress and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership
5. Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departments
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years in strategic roles at management consulting firms, Series A-C startups at founders office roles, or equivalent strategic positions.
2. Advanced analytical skills including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic framework building
3. Executive communication capability with proven ability to draft board materials, investor updates, and strategic memos for C-level audience
