Graduate / Post graduate candidates from Tier 1 institutes preferred.
Type : Onsite ( 5 days WFO)
Role : This job role is a dynamic, strategic position working directly with a company's CXO's to drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include strategy formulation and implementation, cross-functional project management (e.g., product launches, partnerships), performance tracking (OKRs, metrics), and identifying and fixing inefficiencies across the organization.
The role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a high degree of accountability, a bias for action, and the ability to adapt in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations: Translate strategic vision into actionable plans and execute them end-to-end.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Align and drive deliverables across various teams, such as product, tech, marketing, and operations.
- Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, providing reports and data-driven insights.
- Business Development & Investor Relations: Assist with fundraising efforts, investor reporting, and strategic partnerships.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, streamline operations, and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency.
- Special Projects: Take on ad-hoc initiatives to support key business priorities, serving as a representative for the founder in their absence.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in strategy, project management (PMO), chief of staff, or executive support roles.
- Education : Graduate / MBA (Tier 1 Institute preferred) from a reputable institution
- Cross-functional exposure: Demonstrated experience working across different functional areas like product, marketing, sales, legal, and finance.
- High Agency & Initiative: Proactive, taking ownership and responsibility for tasks
