
- The role comes with about 15 lacs/year of fixed salary to cover expenses and an equity(not ESOP, but cap table)+ profit share component. This is a lesser risk pathway to entrepreneurship in an international setting. Please apply only if you're clear about this.
- We're looking for someone who has a flair for an entrepreneurial stint, but hasn't had the guts yet to go full in. This role has a co-founder pathway in 24-36 months of joining with equity and profit share both on table (so you don't wait for the company to buy back shares or go IPO)
- This role will help to setup a digital first ticketing and booking platform based out of Mauritius with primary target as Banks (as a B2B2C platform) for local, and then meant for international scale.
- This will require everything you'd want in a local CEO, with the same flair for getting things done. We're looking for an operator who is able to get things done in an international environment.
- Other focus areas that we'd be looking for is high agency, high work ethic, B2B sales skills, team management skills and ability to sell to Banks.
- The role will be heavily focused on creating the B2B2C channel for sales in Mauritius and abroad. Product and tech will rest out of India.
- Like described earlier this is a chief operating role - with clear path towards being a co-founder in 24-36 months.
- You will also be provided with a clear runway for 5 years- with patience and grit unlike VC funded startups.
