Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven and client-focused individual to join our team as Enterprise Relations - Staffing. This role involves managing key client accounts, understanding ongoing hiring needs, and ensuring effective delivery through coordination with internal teams. Additionally, you will play a vital role in expanding our presence by introducing Spectraforce's capabilities to new clients and nurturing those relationships into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness.

- Deeply understand client hiring needs and translate them into actionable plans with the internal recruitment team.

- Represent Spectraforce in external conversations with potential clients, presenting our capabilities and staffing solutions effectively.

- Identify new opportunities within the market and initiate conversations with key decision-makers.

- Prepare and deliver tailored capability presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Track recruitment progress, provide timely updates, and ensure all client expectations are met.

- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and hiring performance metrics.

What We're Looking For:

- 4-8 years of experience in client-facing roles within the staffing/recruitment industry.

- Proven ability to manage large client accounts while also initiating and developing new client relationships.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Understanding of both IT and non-IT hiring environments.

- Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, collaborative setting.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field. A postgraduate degree is a plus.
