Description: Manage large-format enterprise growth for a managed office platform. Drive CXO relationships, secure large clients, and institutionalize enterprise sales playbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Relationship Leadership:
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships with large enterprises and GCC leadership teams.
- Influence workspace strategy, expansion planning, and location decisions early in the cycle.
- Institutionalize long-term enterprise relationships beyond individual deals.
2. Large Deal Origination & Closure:
- Originate, structure, and close large enterprise mandates.
- Own end-to-end deal strategy and multi-stakeholder negotiations (CXOs, procurement, advisors, developers).
3. Advisory & Ecosystem Partnerships:
- Build relationships with IPCs, GCC advisory firms, developers, and ecosystem partners.
4. Commercial Structuring & Innovation:
- Structure alternative commercial models (management contracts, hybrid leases, revenue share).
5. Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Partner with Finance, Real Estate, Design, Projects, Operations, and Marketing to ensure deal feasibility and delivery accountability.
Ideal Profile:
- 10-15+ years in enterprise commercial leasing, managed office, real estate advisory, or large B2B solution sales.
- Strong CXO access and complex negotiation experience.
- Deep understanding of leasing economics and structured deal-making.
- MBA from good institute
