Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager (Sustainability EU/USA Markets)

Role Overview
As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will lead our expansion into the Western markets (EU & USA), specifically targeting the Steel and Manufacturing sectors. Your mission is to position our sustainability solutions - ranging from decarbonization tech to "Green Steel" supply chain auditing - to CXOs and Sustainability Heads. You will navigate complex regulatory landscapes like CBAM (EU) and Inflation Reduction Act (USA) to drive high-value, long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and close multi-year contracts with Tier-1 steel producers and large-scale manufacturing enterprises in the EU and USA.
- Consultative Selling: Move beyond "product selling" to "solution partnering" by helping clients meet their Net-Zero targets and ESG compliance requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of global sustainability trends (e.g., Circular Economy, Hydrogen-based metallurgy) and competitor moves in the steel domain.
- Strategic Networking: Build relationships with key influencers, including ESG consultants, policy advisors, and procurement heads at global manufacturing hubs.
- Pipeline Management: Own the full sales lifecyclefrom cold outreach and discovery calls to technical demos, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team in Bangalore to provide market feedback for localized features required for the EU/US markets.
Technical & Domain Requirements
- Steel Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the steel manufacturing process (Blast Furnaces vs. Electric Arc Furnaces) and the "Green Steel" transition.
- Sustainability Frameworks: Knowledge of carbon accounting, Scope 1/2/3 emissions, and international standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD).
- International Experience: Proven track record of selling to North American and European clients. Familiarity with Western business etiquette and negotiation styles is mandatory.
- CRM Mastery: Expert use of Salesforce or HubSpot to track multi-million dollar pipelines and complex deal stages.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5+ years in Enterprise Sales/B2B Business Development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (near-native proficiency preferred).
- Work Flexibility: Must be willing to work in EU or US shifts (e.g., 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST or 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST) as per region assignment.
- Education: MBA from a Top-tier institute (IIT/IIM/International B-Schools) is highly preferred but not mandatory if the sales record is exceptional.
