Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing key enterprise accounts in the Noida region. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and qualifying leads, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, and closing complex deals. You'll collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered. This role directly impacts the company's revenue targets and market share by securing high-value clients and fostering long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned enterprise accounts to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the enterprise segment to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, to secure new business and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management to ensure effective resource allocation and business planning.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company's brand.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful enterprise sales strategies, resulting in consistent revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate enterprise organizations to secure deals.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's products and services.
- Adaptability to work on-site in Noida, fostering collaboration and engagement with local teams and clients.
