About The Opportunity:
Operating at the intersection of enterprise AI and advanced optimisation for logistics, supply chain, manufacturing and transportation, this organisation builds quantuminspired optimisation solutions that drive measurable cost reduction and operational resilience for large, operations-intensive enterprises.
We are hiring in Bengaluru for a quotacarrying Enterprise Sales Manager to sell optimisation solutions across global supplychain and logistics customers.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for optimisation solutions across logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, retail and transportation sectors.
- Source, qualify and develop enterprise opportunities globally; build pipeline through targeted outreach, partnerships and executive engagement.
- Engage senior operations stakeholders (COO, VP Supply Chain, Head Logistics, Plant Heads) to map pain points and build ROIfocused business cases (route optimisation, network design, production scheduling, inventory optimisation).
- Lead endto-end complex sales cycles coordinate pilots/PoCs with optimisation engineers and data scientists, negotiate commercial terms, and close multiphase engagements.
- Quantify and present tangible business impact (cost savings, service level improvements, capacity utilisation) to secure executivelevel buy-in.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in CRM, and represent the company at industry conferences and customer forums.
Skills & Qualifications:
MustHave:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, operations) or equivalent experience.
- Proven quotacarrying enterprise sales record selling optimisation, AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions to logistics, supply chain or manufacturing customers.
- Demonstrated success selling to senior operations leaders and managing complex, multistakeholder procurement cycles.
- Strong domain knowledge of supply chain operations: vehicle routing, inventory optimisation, production scheduling and network design.
- Experience running pilots/PoCs with technical teams and turning trials into commercial contracts.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40%) and manage global accounts.
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree with a focus on operations, supply chain or strategy.
- Experience selling to Fortune 500 manufacturers, 3PLs, large retailers or ecommerce platforms.
- Familiarity with TMS, WMS or ERP platforms and operations research methods.
