Enterprise Sales Manager for Growing Fintech Startup in Delhi


Role Overview:

The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring and managing high-value enterprise clients,D2C, B2C brands and large corporations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial technology solutions, complex sales cycles, and regulatory considerations. The Enterprise Sales Manager will own the full sales process-from prospecting and solution pitching to contract negotiation and long-term account expansion.

Key Responsibilities :

Enterprise Sales & Pipeline Management:

- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise-level clients across the fintech ecosystem for UPI, PPI products

- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities using a structured sales methodology.

- Manage long and complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and technical stakeholders.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, product leaders, compliance teams, and technical stakeholders

- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and present tailored fintech solutions

- Lead client presentations, demos, and workshops that showcase product capabilities and ROI.

Solutioning & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with product, engineering, partnerships, and operations teams to deliver customized enterprise solutions.

- Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for internal teams.

- Ensure seamless handover to onboarding, implementation, and customer success teams.

Deal Negotiation & Contracting

- Lead contract negotiations including pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, and data / security agreements.

- Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC / AML, data privacy) are met.

- Structure complex deals that balance client needs with profitability and operational feasibility.
