Job Title : Enterprise Sales Manager

Experience : 10-15 Years of experience in legal roles within fintechs or payment service providers

Academic Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Location : Mumbai

Notice Period : 30-45 Days

Must-Have Skills:

- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or SaaS.

- Proven track record of acquiring and managing large enterprise or corporate accounts.

- Strong understanding of digital payments ecosystem, merchant acquiring, and payment Processing.

- Experience working with payment gateways, payout solutions, POS, or embedded Finance products. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory aspects of the payments industry.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take complete ownership of the assigned category and act as an entrepreneur to ensure the category grows

- Become brand evangelist to postion it as a go to brand for reliable product and services

- Leverage existing relations with brands and convert them to avail it suite of services

- Identify and target large enterprises, corporates, and strategic accounts for our B2B payments products (e.g., payment gateway, merchant solutions, corporate cards, payout solutions).

- Build and maintain strong pipeline through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and referrals.

- Give realistic forecast to management (10 to 20% deviation)

- Develop and deliver customized product pitches and demos to senior decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, Finance Heads).

- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals, ensuring profitable growth and client satisfaction.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract closure and handover to implementation teams.

- Develop deep relationships with key accounts for cross-selling and upselling new solutions.

- Work closely with product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and client onboarding.

- Track sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and share market feedback to help refine product and sales strategies
