About The Role
The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive new business, build strong relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
This role requires a dynamic professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, especially within the Technology, SaaS, Fintech, or BFSI sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients to achieve annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate and close deals.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and qualify leads, manage them through the sales funnel, and drive closures.
- CRM & Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance in the CRM.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Industry Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and industry leaders.
Candidate Profile
- Industry Background: Preferably from Technology, SaaS, Fintech, or BFSI.
