Enterprise Sales Manager - B2B Segment - Supply Chain

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Pipeline Building & Lead Management:

- Identify and prospect enterprise-level clients across the Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care, Healthcare, eCommerce, and related industries.

- Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify leads and ensure smooth progression through the sales funnel.

- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM platforms while tracking lead stages, activities, and conversion metrics.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive enterprise customer acquisition and revenue growth.

- Research prospective clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.

- Prepare customized proposals, business cases, and presentations aligned with client requirements.

- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations and sales presentations to key decision-makers.

3. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, including CXOs, eCommerce leaders, and supply chain decision-makers.

- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and recommending appropriate business solutions.

- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closure:

- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, service agreements, and contract terms.

- Drive enterprise deals from opportunity creation through successful closure while maintaining accurate sales forecasts.

- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

5. Client Onboarding:

- Own the onboarding process for newly acquired enterprise clients during the initial engagement period.

- Coordinate with Key Account Management and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.

- Set clear expectations around service levels, delivery performance, and long-term partnership objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

- Demonstrated experience managing the complete enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience engaging with senior leadership, including CXOs and enterprise decision-makers.

- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.

- Prior experience in eCommerce, logistics, SaaS, supply chain, or technology-driven businesses is preferred.

- Understanding of same-day delivery, logistics operations, or last-mile fulfillment solutions is an advantage.

- Familiarity with sales analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, business development activities, and industry events.
