Enterprise Sales Manager - B2B SaaS - Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and acquire enterprise customers across target industries.

- Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position solutions effectively.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting through CRM tools.

- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

- Achieve revenue targets across customer segments, products, and geographies.

Desired Profile :

- 3+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Sales with proven success in new business acquisition.

- Strong experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles.

- Track record of closing enterprise deals worth 25 Lakhs+ ARR and managing portfolios exceeding 1 Crore ARR.

- Prior experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Tech, Fleet Management, ERP, TMS, or related SaaS solutions preferred.

- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers including Supply Chain Heads, Logistics Heads, COOs, CIOs, and CXOs.

- Strong consultative selling, solutioning, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales forecasting processes.

- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.
