Role Overview:
As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute sales strategies, present compelling product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts. This role directly impacts Talent Pro's market share and contributes to the success of our clients by providing them with innovative HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new enterprise sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of Talent Pro's solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise deals.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR technology and the needs of enterprise clients.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
