Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Talent Pro, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition within the enterprise segment. This involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to Talent Pro's revenue growth and market expansion by bringing our SaaS solutions to large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research to build a robust sales pipeline.

- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of Talent Pro's SaaS solutions to key decision-makers.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.

- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and forecasts within the CRM system to provide visibility into sales performance and pipeline activity.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to ongoing support, fostering customer loyalty and advocacy.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Talent Pro's solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence C-level executives and other key stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the enterprise software sales process.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: 4 - 10 years
