Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential enterprise clients (builders, developers, brokers, etc.).Conduct market research and cold calls to build a qualified pipeline.
Client Visits & Meetings:
- Conduct regular field visits for face-to-face client meetings. Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to CXOs and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Sales Conversion:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Negotiate pricing and service terms to maximize business value. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Account Management:
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and renewals.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the inside sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and report sales performance to management.
