Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Enterprise Sales Manager to lead B2B sales efforts, acquire large enterprise clients, and drive revenue growth.

This role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, and the ability to build long-term strategic relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing high-value deals, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding business in enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Sales & Business Development:

- Identify, target, and acquire large enterprise clients across relevant industries.

- Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting pitching solutioning negotiation closure.

- Conduct market research to identify high-potential segments, accounts, and opportunities.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build trusted relationships with CXOs, business heads, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.

- Understand client needs, challenges, and strategic goals to position relevant solutions.

- Manage long-term relationships and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional client experience.

Solution Consulting & Product Alignment:

- Work closely with product teams to translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demos, solution workshops, and business case presentations.

- Partner with technical and delivery teams for seamless pre-sales and post-sales integration.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation:

- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, pricing structures, and commercial negotiations.

- Manage legal, compliance, and procurement discussions to close deals efficiently.

- Ensure high win rates through value-based selling and strong negotiation strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation activities and ABM campaigns.

- Work with customer success teams to support onboarding and ensure client satisfaction.

- Share market insights with leadership to influence product roadmap and strategy.

Reporting & Performance Management:

- Track KPIs such as revenue, pipeline value, conversion rates, and sales activity.

- Provide weekly/monthly business reports and performance metrics to leadership.

- Maintain accurate data and documentation in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.

- 5+ years of sales experience with at least 3+ years in enterprise or B2B solution sales.

- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals and exceeding revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes and complex sales cycles.

- Experience selling SaaS, IT services, technology products, or enterprise solutions.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to understand technical products and convey business value.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
