Position- We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Lead.
- This is a high-visibility role where you will drive the companys growth strategy while working closely with the founders.
- The role is highly consultative and requires strong first-principles thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- The position is based in Bangalore and involves travel to client locations, including outstation visits.
Key Responsibilities- You are expected to shape the Enterprise Sales playbook into a mature, repeatable and scalable system from the current Founder-led process.
- You will implement the sales process first-hand in a revenue-accountable role. This will be in the context of 6-month long enterprise sales cycles with multi-crore ticket sizes, working with CXOs - CHROs, CFOs, Risk and Insurance heads
- You will help foster a culture of seeking continuous feedback across all stages of the sales cycle to drive ongoing improvement of the sales process.
- You will receive active mentorship from the founders as you grow into this role.
Requirements- Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 institution (IIT / IIM / ISB / NIT)
- 0-4 years of work experience, preferably but not necessarily in enterprise sales.
- Strong ownership and a high bias for action. High intent of getting things done.
- Excellent first-principles problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently and deliver in challenging, ambiguous situations.
