Job Title: Enterprise Sales Head India (IT Hardware)
Location: Bangalore

Function: Enterprise / B2B Sales/ Corporate Sales
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Sales Head India to lead and scale the national enterprise sales business for IT hardware products. This role will own the complete sales engine, drive market expansion, and deliver sustainable topline and bottom-line growth across large enterprise and corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the India enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Drive business expansion through strong account penetration, key account management, and new customer acquisition.
- Lead forecasting, quota setting, pricing strategy, pipeline management, and end-to-end deal closure.
- Build and nurture senior CXO relationships across enterprises, partners, OEMs.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations to drive go-to-market success.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales organization; build future leadership bench strength.
- Ensure sales excellence through robust processes, analytics, governance, and collections discipline.

- Revenue growth (topline & profitability)
- Enterprise account depth, product mix, and customer retention
- Market expansion and competitive positioning
- Strong people leadership, succession planning, and team performance
Candidate Profile:
- 15 to 25 years of experience in Enterprise / B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware, IT solutions, telecom, or mobility.
- Proven track record of leading large, multi-city enterprise sales teams (25+ members).
- Strong experience managing CXO-level relationships in large enterprises.
- Strategic, data-driven leader with deep commercial acumen and consultative selling capability.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
