Head of Enterprise Sales India
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Enterprise Sales India to drive revenue growth and establish market leadership in the region.
This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who has successfully sold training, certification, or education solutions to enterprises, and can build sustainable partnerships across corporates, government bodies, and academic institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise revenue growth through large-scale client acquisition, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Develop and execute Indias sales strategy in alignment with global business goals.
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with L&D leaders, CHROs, and CXOs.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from consultative engagement and solution mapping to negotiation and closure of training & certification deals.
- Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Represent the organization at major industry events, learning forums, and government/academic roundtables.
Job Requirements:
- 12+ years of proven experience in Enterprise Sales with a strong background in training, certifications, SaaS, or education solutions.
- Demonstrated success in closing large, multi-stakeholder deals with enterprise clients.
- Strong consultative selling skills, especially in the L&D / skilling ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Consistent record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have sold training, certification, or EdTech solutions to enterprises.
