- Lead enterprise sales with hospital groups & large specialty networks
- Navigate complex decision cycles with CXOs, CMOs, IT heads & procurement
- Drive multi-site pilots and close high-value enterprise deals
- Build national growth strategy across metros and Tier-2 markets
- Create and execute programs to onboard massive patient volumes
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events
- Work closely with SF leadership on product, pricing & deployment
- Help shape and scale the India sales organization
Preferred Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise healthcare/SaaS/medical tech sales
- Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder hospital deals
- Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
- Willingness to travel extensively
