Role Overview:

As an Enterprise Risk Manager based in Mumbai, you will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact our organizational objectives. Your day-to-day involves conducting deep-dive risk assessments, monitoring the internal control environment, and translating complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement robust enterprise risk management frameworks to proactively identify operational, financial, and strategic threats to the business.

- Partner with department heads to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, ensuring that mitigation strategies are aligned with our long-term business goals.

- Monitor key risk indicators and prepare detailed reports for the board and executive committee to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Lead internal audit and compliance reviews to verify the effectiveness of existing controls and drive continuous improvement across business units.

- Facilitate risk awareness workshops to foster a culture of accountability and risk-conscious behavior across all levels of the organization.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in risk modeling, internal controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks, with a proven ability to apply these to complex business scenarios.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, executive-level presentations.

- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, allowing you to influence senior leadership and navigate cross-functional team dynamics effectively.

- A professional degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, ideally complemented by certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CIA.
