Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our EdTech ecosystem, specifically focusing on our LMS and SIS platforms. Based in our Bhopal office, you will serve as the bridge between complex pedagogical requirements and scalable technical architecture. In this role, you will navigate the entire product lifecyclefrom conceptualizing new modules to overseeing the deployment of enterprise-grade solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, academic stakeholders, and institutional clients to ensure our platform remains at the cutting edge of digital learning. Your work will directly influence the learning outcomes of thousands of students and streamline administrative workflows for large-scale educational institutions, positioning our product as the market leader in the SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute the comprehensive product roadmap for our LMS/SIS suite to ensure alignment with long-term business goals and evolving market demands.

- Lead new product development initiatives by translating complex institutional requirements into intuitive, high-performance features that enhance user engagement.

- Act as a primary solution architect to design robust, scalable integrations that allow our platform to communicate seamlessly with existing enterprise software ecosystems.

- Partner with engineering and design teams to drive agile development cycles, ensuring that product releases meet stringent quality standards and delivery timelines.

- Analyze user data and institutional feedback to identify pain points, subsequently prioritizing feature enhancements that drive customer retention and platform adoption.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of complex SaaS products, with a deep understanding of the nuances inherent in Learning Management System and Student Information System platforms.

- Proven ability to function as a technical bridge, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications for engineering teams.

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence institutional decision-makers and align cross-functional teams toward a unified product vision.

- Strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding product prioritization and resource allocation.

- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in product management, ideally within the EdTech or enterprise software sector.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Bhopal, fostering collaborative relationships through direct interaction with local teams and leadership.

- A postgraduate degree from a premier institute is highly preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in management or technical strategy.
